Barbara C. Wheeler, 58, of Jeannette died Monday September 4,2017 at home. She was born June 9, 1959 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Herbert Thomas and Ruth (Hiles) Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Rebecca Smith and Grandfathers Herbert Morrison and James Hiles. Barbara previously worked as a care taker for Community Living Care and enjoyed music, painting and crafting. She is survived by her husband Frank Wheeler of Jeannette, sons James P. Wheeler of Latrobe and Frank Wheeler of Maryland; grandchildren Zada Wheeler, Alenah and Alyssia Thomas, Serentie and Liam Johnson and Arianna Wheeler and her brother Thomas Smith of Virginia.
