Eric Alan Ritenour, 23, of Jeannette died Saturday, April 29, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident.  He was born November 12, 1993, in Jeannette, a son of Richard "Rick" and Caryl Berardinelli Ritenour of Jeannette.  He worked as a machinist at RJC Manufacturing and was a member of Murrysville Alliance Church.  He was also a member of Grandview and Claridge Volunteer Fire Departments.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edward and Betty Berardinelli and paternal grandparents, Omer and Betty Ritenour.  In addition to his parents, Eric is survived by three siblings, Michael Ritenour of Jeannette, Misty Callahan and her husband Kliff of Connellsville, and Rick Ritenour, Jr. and  his fiance Lyndsey of Bovard, special nieces, Kyra, Madison, Kassidy, Izabella, and Kourtney, his girlfriend, Elizabeth Sipos of Harrison City, dogs Chief and Lulu and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Friends will be received Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Dan Lawrence officiating.  Interment will follow in Jeannette Memorial Park, Penn Township.  Members of Grandview Fire Dept. will hold services in the funeral home Tuesday at 7:00 pm.  To send on-line condolences, visit www.mason-gelder.com.
