Margaret E. "Margie" O'Lear 90 of Penn died Sunday July 17, 2016 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born July 13, 1926 in Jeannette a daughter of the late Leon and Margaret (Rathgeb) Drylie.  Prior to retirement she was employed by Stone Oil and she was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gregory J. O'Lear, a sister Ardamay Govora and a brother Andrew Drylie.  She is survived by her daughter Margaret Ann "Margie" Staigvil and her husband Michael of Penn, a grandson David Miller and his wife Leigh Ann of Columbia, MD, two great granddaughters Charlotte and Ashley Miller, a brother John Drylie and his wife Peggy of Irwin and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette.  A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church with Fr.
