Mildred Irene (Butler) Wilson

Mildred Irene Wilson, 96, of Jeannette, died Monday, January 22, 2018 at her residence.  She was born August 17, 1921 a daughter of the late Thomas and Veronica Wolfe Butler.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette, the church's Rosary Altar Society and was an avid bridge player.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Wilson and a daughter, Mary P. Wilson, and siblings; Edward and Thomas Butler, Joan Gibson, Agnes Butler, Marie Richardson and Margaret Butler.  She is survived by a son, Charles E. Wilson and his wife Irene of Jeannette, two daughters, Cathy Phillips and Barbara Wilson, both of Jeannette, three grandsons, Steve Wilson and wife Lenni of Greensburg, Robert Phillips of Rochester, PA, and Tony Ceresa and wife Misty of White Oak, two great grandsons, Todd and Brian Wilson of Greensburg, siblings, Charles and Jenny Butler of SC and Joseph Butler of Jeannette and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 until time of service at 8:00 pm with Fr. Paul Lisik officiating in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 N. First Street, Jeannette.  The Rosary Altar Society will pray the rosary at 3:30PM.
