Catherine M. Boettner, 81, of North Huntingdon, died Tuesday October 23,2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born March 13, 1937 in Youngwood, a daughter of the late Steve and Meliva (Rodgers) Kochis. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Boettner, a grandson Benjamin A. Boettner, 5 sisters and a brother. Catherine enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, crochet and sewing. She is survived by her sons Mark Boettner of North Huntingdon, Alfred Boettner and his wife Denise of Jeannette and David Boettner and his wife Lynn of Hermine; her daughter Rita Boettner of West Newton; grandchildren Mark, Brianna, Nathan, Julia, George II, Holly and Roxanne; great-grandchildren Jaycee, Bryan, Paige and Amiah and numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with Catherines wishes, there will be no visitation. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday November 4th 2018 from 1-4PM at the Hermine Volunteer Fire Hall 101 Sewickley Ave. Hermine Pa 15637.
