Charles R. "Bob" Gamble 89 of Greensburg died Thursday August 9, 2018 in Allegheny General Hospital. He was born September 13, 1928 in Hempfield Twp. a son of the late Harry and Emma (Kemerer) Gamble. Prior to retirement he was a Supervisor for CNG Transmission Corp. and he was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the Marine Corp. He was a member of the American Legion in Claridge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn (Terpko) Gamble, a son Ronald C. Gamble, a brother Earl Gamble and two sisters Jean Craig and Helen Craig Blystone. He is survived by his daughter in law Tina Gamble of Morgantown, WV, two granddaughters Jessica and Lauren Gamble of St. Augustine, FL, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who were very good to him. Interment was private. Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. Jeannette in charge of arrangements.
