David B. Hill, 58, of Bovard, formerly from Jeannette, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Son of the late Boyd and Marian Hill of Jeannette. He enjoyed going to church, music, television, attending the ARC of Westmoreland, and spending time with his friends doing various activities. He is survived by his guardian/ caregivers of 15 years, Cheryl and Greg Menser, their adult children Cherie Menser, Rachel (Miguel) Montoya, Rebecca (Brad) Bortz, Aaron (Barbara) Menser, Crystal Menser and Makayla Evans, as well as some cousins and close friends Bob, Terry, John and George.

Friends will be received Friday June 23rd from 3 to 5 at Bovard Social Hall, with a service being held directly after at 5 at the Bovard Social Hall.
