Donna Jean (Davis) Runestad

Donna Jean Runestad, 82, of Greensburg, PA formerly of Mitchell South Dakota, died Sunday March 11,2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born April 17,1935 in Letcher, SD., a daughter of the late James and Agnes (Ettswold) Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Myron Runestad; a grandson Blake Runestad; brother Donald Davis and sister Lila Lindsey. Donna was a 1953 Graduate of Letcher High School.  Before moving to Greensburg, PA with her daughters, she was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Mitchell, SD and worked as a Home Health and Pharmacy Technician for Statz Drug. Donna is survived by her son Wade Runestad and Lois of Camarillo, CA and daughters Wendy Runestad of Greensburg and Tricia Gaia and Mark of Greensburg; grandchildren Nola, Lauren, Christopher and Ricky; great grandchildren Fletcher, Wesley, Rowan, Hylan and Frank and numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with Donna’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Inurnment will take place at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Storla, SD.
