Dorothea J. (Lomicka) Brigode

Dorothea J. Brigode, 90, of Sewickley, formerly of Manor, died Monday, September 24, 2018 in UPMC Passavant Hospital.  She was born, April 22, 1928, in Manor, a daughter of the late Anthony J. and Elizabeth M. Cox Lomicka.  She was a member of Ascension Church, Jeannette.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jules J. "Babe" Brigode and two siblings, Franklin Lomicka and Margaretha M. Zilavy.  She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Sunday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette.  A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 am in Ascension Church, Jeannette with Fr.
