Kathleen Ann Gallagher 76 of Elkton, MD died Wednesday September 20, 2017 in Union Hospital of Cecil County. She was born August 28, 1941 in Latrobe a daughter of the late Hugh and Malfalda (Accorsi) Gallagher. She is survived by a daughter Monica Ann Gramlich and her husband John of Elkton, MD and a granddaughter Cayla.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Edward Gallagher.  Friends will be received Monday from 4-8 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11am in the funeral home with Fr. Michael Sikon officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Barbara Cemetery Penn Twp.
