Kathy A. Lender Marrone, 68 of Jeannette passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 in The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Greater Pittsburgh after losing her battle to cancer.  She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Clara Kiggins Lender, a brother, Gary Lender, and sister Kay and William Noel.  She is survived by a sister, Grace and John Schneider, a brother Darryl and Janice Lender and two lifelong and faithful friends, Sally Rain and Rosemarie Shaw, along with several nieces and nephews who cared and supported her during her illness.  She was employed at Jeannette Glass until its closing.  Kathy enjoyed doing ceramics and different crafts during her periods of recovery.  She has requested no public viewing.  There will be a memorial service that will be announced at a later date.  Kathy’s family would like to thank her friends who helped and supported her during her illness.  To send on-line condolences, visit www.mason-gelder.com.  MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC. is in charge of arrangements.
