Marilyn Kerin Obituary

Marilyn A. Kerin, 75, of Jeannette passed away Sunday April 29,2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born January 20,1943 in Greensburg a daughter of the late Emil E. and Elizabeth C.( Cugino) Pevornik. In addition to her parents  she was preceded in death by her puppy, Molly.  Prior to retirement, she worked as a secretary at the Elliott Co. and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette and Irwin Moose Lodge 171. Marilyn is survived by her husband Thomas J. Kerin of Jeannette; son Douglas and his wife Susan of New Stanton; daughter Kristina Olesky and husband Raymond of North Huntingdon and her  puppy, Nikki. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 1st from 4-8PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10am with Fr. James Morley. Interment will follow in St. Simon and Jude Cemetery, Blairsville. The family would like to extend grateful thanks to Hempfield Manor, the 2nd floor nurses and staff at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital and Excela Hospice for the exceptional care given to Marilyn.
