Russell Johnson, Jr.

Russell Johnson, Jr., 82, of Jeannette, died Friday, August 17, 2018 at home.  He was born April 2, 1936 in Jeannette, a son of the late Russell, Sr., and Adolphine Raviert Johnson.  Prior to retirement he worked as an electrical tester at Westinghouse Electric Corp.  He served in the US Army.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Davis and a nephew, Glenn Davis.  He is survived by three children, Russell Johnson III and his wife Betty of Irwin, Rae Ann Johnson and her husband Keith Ray of Winter Springs, FL and Diane Plevelich and her husband David of Jeannette, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  Respecting Russell's wishes, there will be no visiting and interment will be private.  To send on-line condolences, visit www.mason-gelder.com.
