Theodore R. Swartz, 82, of Hempfield Twp. died Friday, July 7, 2017 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was born September 6, 1934 in Jeannette, a son of the late Theodore and Clara Irene Shuster Swartz.  Prior to retirement he was a nuclear inspector at Systems One.  He was a US Army veteran and a member of Harrold Zion Lutheran Church, Greensburg.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sally, two step-sisters, Gail and Dolores and his former wife F. Lillian Swartz.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy Rayman Swartz, three children, R. Darin Swartz and his wife Amy of The Woodlands, TX, Deborah Lucci and her husband Joseph of Greensburg, and David Swartz and Ines Cramer of New Alexandria, three step-children, Tamara Griser and her husband Edward of Cape May, NJ, Thomas Shank of Rio Grande, NJ and Larry Scott Shank of Bronx, NY, seven grandchildren; Karina and her husband Frank, Marc, Isabella, Matthew, Amanda, Michael and his wife Justine and Paul, two great-grandchildren, Kaleigh and Addison and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Monday from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00pm in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday at  11:00am  in the Harrold Zion Lutheran Church, 671 Baltzer Meyer Pike, Greensburg with Rev. John M.
