Wesley A. Jepsen 85 of Jeannette died Sunday September 10, 2017 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  He was born December 23, 1931 in Jeannette a son of the late Julius and Sadie (Brethaur) Jepsen.  Prior to retirement he was employed by General Tire and Rubber Co. and he was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the US Army.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Ellwood Jepsen, a sister Edna Mae Glunt and two brothers Robert and Ellwood Jepsen.  He is survived by his wife Marilyn (Fisher) Jepsen, two sons John Jepsen and his wife Terrie of Irwin and Doug Jepsen and his wife Julia of Irwin, six grandchildren Angala, Darien, Amanda, Stephanie, Amber and Jason, two sisters Grace Howard and her husband Cliff of Greensburg and Irene Mutzig of Philadelphia and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Wednesday from 3-7 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N.
