Alice A. (Lauffer) Spore

Alice A. Spore, 91, of Jeannette died Wednesday December 11,2024 in AGH. She was born March 9,1933 in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Marion and Anna (Kratochvil) Lauffer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over sixty-six years, Joseph Spore, sister Ruth Hojonski, great grandson George DiMatteo and son in law Gary Saxion. Alice worked at Jeannette Glass and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette and their Rosary Altar Society. She enjoyed spending time with family and enjoyed going to casino. Surviving are her children Joseph Spore (Mary Beth), Cheryl Panichella (Michael), Michelle Saxion, Timothy Spore and Colleen Corona, sister Mary Lou Pavetti; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday December 15th from 1-5PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc 201 N. First St. Jeannette. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at  10am  in Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
