Arlene Frances ((Smith-Tocco)) Elvin

Arlene Frances Elvin (Smith-Tocco) of Perris Ca, originally from Herminie Pa, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. She was born August 20, 1947 in Greensburg Pa, and graduated from Hempfield Senior High School in 1965.  She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Anthony Tocco, and her parents, George and Frances (Kobe) Smith.  
She is survived by her husband Bjorn Elvin, three daughters: Joi Martin of Huntington Beach Ca, Gina Tocco of Encinitas Ca, Theresa Ramsey and her husband, Michael Ramsey of Lakeland Tn, and her stepdaughter, Lisa Albright of Boston Ma. She is also survived by her three brothers: George “Mike” Smith of Greensburg Pa, Gary Smith of Herminie Pa, David Smith of Herminie Pa, and numerous nieces and nephews.  
She was lovingly known as “Nana” to her six grandchildren: Wyatt, Jessica, Chloe, Jacob, Joshua, and Britney Grace, all of whom brought her immense joy and admiration. She will be remembered for her love of her family; her heart of gold; and loyal faith in the Lord. She was a deeply dedicated and dutiful woman, always committed to her family and those she cared for. Her presence is deeply missed by all who know and love her.  
Friends and family will be received at the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, 201 N. First Street, Jeannette Pa, on Wednesday, July 8, from 1:00pm until the time of the service at 2:00p.m.
