Bill "Hoss" "Tat" Finlay

Bill "Hoss" "Tat" Finlay 59 of Jeannette passed away Sunday February 19, 2023 at home with family by his side after a long battle with cancer.  He was born November 22, 1963 in Jeannette a son of Bill and Betty Finlay of Jeannette.  He worked at Reinhart Food Service and had his own plastering business, F&S Plastering and Hoss's Tattoo Shop.  He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Finlay.  In addition to his parents he is survived by his children Christopher (Katie) and Megan Graham (Brent), grandchildren Rory and Easton Graham, siblings Shelly Billeck (Duke), Scott Finlay (Debbie) and Sherri Depree (John) and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles that he loved very much.  He loved stock car racing and working on his car.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with family and his grandchildren and hanging out with his dogs Kylie, Chubs and Nubs.  His favorite holiday was Christmas.  Friends will be received Saturday in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc 201 N.
