Charlotte A. Dominy 59 of Penn died Saturday September 22, 2018 at home. She was born August 10, 1959 in Ft. Wayne IN a daughter of the late Eugene and Carol (Williams) Hanks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl E. Dominy. She is survived by four sons John, Charles, James and Brandon Dominy all of Penn, four grandchildren John, Bradley, Axel and Waylan Dominy, her siblings Marilyn Cox, Don, Ken, David and Wayne Hanks and numerous nieces and nephews. She loved all her dogs. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. Jeannette, PA in charge of arrangements.
