Connie B. (Burd) Persun

Connie B. Persun 82 of Jeannette died Monday October 24, 2022 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born July 20, 1940 in Byrdville, a daughter of the late Mark Arthur Burd and Marjorie (Mayle) Burd.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Persun III and a brother Mark Burd.  She is survived by her children Vikki Haslett and her husband Cole, John Eric Persun and Mark Burd Persun and his wife Mary Therese, seven grandchildren Logan and his fiancé Thea, Luke, Conor, Grace, Gabriel, Marc and Zachary, a sister Marcy Wilson and her husband Irvin and numerous nieces and nephews.  There will be no services.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc.
