David Veverka Obituary

David D. Veverka 72 of Jeannette died Monday December 21, 2020 in Forbes Regional Hospital. He was born February 15, 1948 in Greensburg a son of the late Russell and Hazel (Ingraham) Veverka. He was currently employed by Garda World and served with the U.S. Army Reserves. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Veverka and his wife Roberta and two brothers in law George Stofko and Richard Truxal. He is survived by his wife Paula (Korchok) Veverka, two sons Jason Veverka and his wife Brenda of Penn Twp. and Steven Veverka and his wife Tatum of Allison Park, five grandchildren Makenzie, Tori, Mia, Macy and Beau, a sister Norma Truxal of Greensburg, a brother Richard Veverka and his wife Margie of N. Huntington and numerous nieces and nephews. Services and interment will be private. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Westmoreland County Food Bank or Special Olympics.
