Donald D. Higgins,“Deacon,” 86, of Greensburg died Monday June 18, 2018 at Westmoreland Manor. He was born April 21, 1932 in Irwin. Deacon worked as a glass operator at Jeannette Glass and served in the US Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his son Dr. Donald (Dr.Patricia), daughters Kimberly and Michele, and three grandchildren: Caitlin,Donald, JD (Alexandrea), and Erin Higgins. All services are private.
