Donald E. Rohrbacher Sr.

Donald E. Rohrbacher Sr. 88 of Jeannette died Thursday December 10, 2020 at home.  He was born January 27, 1932 in Jeannette a son of the late George and Hazel (Bischoff) Rohrbacher.  Prior to retirement he was employed by the Elliott Company of Jeannette and he was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the US Army and received a Purple Heart for wounds received in combat.  Don was also an avid golfer and bowler.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sally A. (Hackley) Rohrbacher, a daughter Deborah J. DiMartino and her husband Larry, a granddaughter Dawn DiMartino and two brothers Harry and Robert Rohrbacher.  He is survived by his son Donald E. Rohrbacher Jr. of Jeannette, a granddaughter Jaime Kowalski and her husband Christopher of Yukon, five great grandchildren Chloe, Christopher, Brooke, Mark and Shelby, two sisters Marie Herman of Irwin and Audrey Riggs of Greensburg, a brother George Rohrbacher and his wife Barb of Anderson, IN and numerous nieces and nephews.  There will be no public visitation.  Services and interment will be private.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc.
