Dorothy (Veverka) Marienfeld

Dorothy A. Marienfeld 71 of Jeannette died Monday August 5, 2024 in Independence Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born December 21, 1952 in Jeannette a daughter of the late James Veverka Sr. and Kathleen (Blair) Veverka.  Prior to retirement she was employed by Holiday Inn Express.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother James Veverka Jr.  She is survived by two daughters Lisa Dorff (Bill) and Renee Walczuk (Jason), two grandchildren Brittany Dorff (Tim) and Cody Dorff and their father John Dorff, two great granddaughters Autumn and Gracelynn and a special friend who was like a son to her Patrick Ross.  A celebration of life will be September 1st at 3:00 PM in the Jeannette Eagles Club.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc.
