Gerald T. "Jerry" Pevornik

Gerald T. "Jerry" Pevornik 82 of Penn died Wednesday July 23, 2025.  He was born April 6, 1943 in Penn a son of the late John G. Pevornik Sr. and Grace (Rain) Pevornik.  Prior to retirement he was employed by Rochez Brothers and he was a member of the Penn Rod and Gun Club, ABATE and a social member of Shafton Vol. Fire Dept.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sharon (Lavelle) Sasso Pevornik, a son Gerald William "Little Jerry" Pevornik, a brother Paul Pevornik Sr., two sisters in law Janet Pevornik and Amelia "Mike" Pevornik.  He is survived by a brother John G. Pevornik Jr., his children Lisa Rogers, Jake Sasso, Edward Sasso and Joseph Sasso, a special niece Erin Heffelfinger, his little buddy Charlie Sauter,  numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a special mention to The Auto Barn and many close friends.  A celebration of life will be held Sunday August 17, 2025 at the Penn Rod and Gun Club.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with arrangements.
