John W. Shaffer 86 of Jeannette died Thursday April 14, 2022 in Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. He was born February 13, 1936 in Jeannette a son of the late John R. and Lillian (Poundstone) Shaffer. Prior to retirement he was employed by Sterling Box, Jeannette and was an avid outdoorsman. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann (Menz) Shaffer. He is survived by two sons David Shaffer and Robert Shaffer, three grandchildren a brother William Shaffer and his wife Janet and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
