Loretta J. Smith 93 of Jeannette died Monday April 10, 2023 in Mt. View Memory Care. She was born December 14, 1929 in Mt. Pleasant a daughter of the late Joseph and Cora (Cugino) Reboy. Prior to retirement she was employed by the former Jeannette Hospital Medical Records Department and she was a member of the Ascension Church, Jeannette. Loretta was an excellent cook and baker and she loved to travel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clarence J. Smith. She is survived by a son Anthony Virone and his wife Mary and a daughter Judith Herring and her husband Michael all of Jeannette, six grandchildren Jason Vincent, Ryan Vincent, Malinda Stough, Shane Virone, Lark Virone and Michael Herring Jr., eleven great grandchildren Vaughn, Alexander, Adrian, Brandon, Joseph, Olivia, Tristan, Zoey, Jarred, Raquel and Derek. The family would like to thank Mt. View Memory Care and Viaquest Hospice for the excellent care they provided. Services and interment were private. Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc.
