Norma A. (Celender) DiPrimio, 86, of Jeannette passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born January 10, 1935 in Sharpsburg a daughter of the late James and Katherine (Leo) Celender. She was the wife of the late James P. DiPrimio. She worked at the Kmart in Greensburg and retired from the Kmart in Mt. Pleasant. Norma was a member of the Ascension Church in Jeannette. She loved to cook and decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas. She is survived by her beloved daughter Andrea Kean and her husband, Will, of Adams, TN; beloved grandchildren Morgan and Carson Kean; a brother James Celender of Sharpsburg; sister-in-laws Patricia DiPrimio of Pittsburgh and Ivy Celender of St. Paul, MN; several nieces and nephews, special neighbors and friends. She was preceded in death by sisters Teresa D’Amico and Dolores DeLuca; brothers Joseph Celender and Donald Celender; and a special niece Diane D’Amico. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Monday April 5th, 2021 at Mason-Gelder funeral home, 201 N 1st St. Jeannette. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Ascension Church. Interment will follow in St. Bonifice Cemetery, Hempfield Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
