Phyllis F. Ludwig, 89, of Jeannette died Monday February 3, 2025 at UPMC East, Monoreville. She was born September 25,1936 in Derry, a daughter of the late Phillip Dell and Rachel Elizabeth (Taylor) McClune. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband J. "Junior" P. "Phillip" Ludwig, a son in law David Bittner and grandson Jonathan Paul Bittner. Phyllis worked as an R.N at Jeannette District Memorial Hospital and Westmoreland Manor. Surviving is her daughter Fay Bittner of Jeannette, grandsons David Paul and Thomas Andrew Bittner; and a great grandson Finley Blake Bittner. There will be no services.
