Robert C. "Bob" Oswald, Sr.

Robert C. "Bob" Oswald, Sr., 77 of Jeannette died Monday December 26,2022 in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. He was born June 9, 1945 in Greensburg a son of the late Harry and Mabel (Stephens) Oswald. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Robert C. "Bobby" Oswald, Jr. Prior to retirement he worked as a drafting supervisor and designer at the Elliott Co. Oz was a member of Sacred Heart Church, American Legion Post #344, Ukes and Polish Club, all of Jeannette. He loved playing golf, hunting at the cabin and fishing on the Juniata river. He is survived by his wife Maryann (Birk) Oswald of Jeannette; son Scott Oswald and his wife Mikki of Marion OH; daughter Chrissy Oswald Smith of Jeannette; sister Carol Parkinson and husband John of  Milton; grandsons Thaddaeus, Roberto, Surgeo Oswald and Ryan Smith and his girlfriend Kelly and their dog Rooney. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 29th from 3-7PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette. A blessing service will take place on Friday December 30th at 11am in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
