Russell E. Bittner, Jr., 71, of Jeannette died Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in UPMC East, Monroeville. He was born March 10, 1947 in Jeannette, a son of the late Russell E., Sr. and Mary Severini. He was a US Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War and a member of American Legion Post #945. Prior to retirement he was a truck driver at Casturo Trucking. He is survived by two daughters, Michelle Bittner of Greensburg and Tracy Bittner of Connellsville, three grandchildren, Nathan, Kayla and Briana, a sister, Judy Kiddy of Jeannette and numerous nieces and nephews including; Debbie Pershing and her husband Joe of Harrison City, Tony LaVelle and his wife Rhonda of Smithton, Cindy McPeak and her husband Paul of Brackenridge, Sandy Roberts and her husband Ron of KS and Melinda Eurcliani and her husband Rick of Gallitzin.
