Ruth (Crisman) Irwin

Ruth (Crisman ) Irwin, loving wife and mother passed away  peacefully at her home in Jeannette, Pa. on Monday, September 13, 2021. She was 96 years of age.  Ruth was born in Jeannette May 5, 1925, the fourth daughter of Harry E. and Lida M. Crisman. She was a graduate of Jeannette High School.  She married  the love of her life,Richard H. Irwin on June 7, 1944, together they shared a love story for the ages.  She was preceded  in death by her husband,,her parents and her three sisters.  She is survived by five children ; James R. (Melinda) Irwin of Meadville, Pa.; Linda R. (Harry) McAllister of State College, Pa.; Richard H. Irwin Jr. of Seal Beach California; Jeffrey A .(Ruth) Irwin of Jeannette, Pa.; and John E. (Anita) Irwin of Connellsville, Pa. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.  Her life and love of her family will be forever in their hearts and minds.  Services and interment are private.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc.
