Ryan M. Polak

Ryan M. Polak, 45, of Penn Twp died peacefully on May 5th 2025 surrounded by family. He was a loving and faithful husband, father and friend who brought joy and laughter into everyone's life. Ryan was an avid gamer, music and dog lover. He spent many hours outdoors and on the lake riding his jet skis. He is survived by his wife Sam (Spiecha) Polak, daughters Rachael and Franki, mother " My sweet boy" Diane (Riggs) Polak, brother in law Gary Earhart, sister in law Jen Earhart and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald J. Polak and his brother Ronnie. Rest in peace our sweet Duzz. Ulysses and Fannie forever. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
