Thomas H. Ferree, Sr.

Thomas H. Ferree, Sr. 81, of Jeannette died Thursday January 4,2024 at AHN Forbes, Monroeville. He was born June 8,1942 in Greensburg, a son of the late George H. Emma (Johnson) Ferree. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Carol (Turnsek) Ferree, a son Thomas Ferree, Jr., and a sister and brother in law Polly and Dennis Moog. Prior to retirement he worked as a Calendar operator at Omnova. Tom served in the US Army and went to Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. He is survived by a son John R. Ferree of Greensburg, daughter in law Nancy Shaler of Greensburg, sister Patty Gardner (Curt) of Irwin; two grandsons Nolen A. and Trenten J. and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10am until the time of service at 11am in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette.
