Thomas R. Keenan

Thomas R. Keenan 74 of Jeannette died Friday June 13, 2025 in the Veteran's Administration Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was born April 4, 1951 in Greensburg a son of the late Regis and Sophie (Augustine) Keenan.  Prior to retirement he was a Constable for the State of Pennsylvania for six years, was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the U.S. Marine Corps and was a martial arts self defense instructor for over thirty years.  Tom was a member of St. Barbara Church, Harrison City and the Jeannette American Legion Post 344 of Jeannette.  He is survived by his wife Sharon "Sherry" (Ryncosky) Keenan, two daughters April Thompson (Jeremy) and Heather Penrose (Brett), five grandchildren Jaquie, Katie, Dustin, Savahanna and Bentley.  Graveside services are private.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Toys For Tots.  To send online condolences visit www.mason-gelder.com.
