Thomas J. Winfield Jr.

Thomas J. Winfield Jr. 91 of Jeannette died Monday October 3, 2022 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  He was born December 7, 1930 in Greensburg a son of the late Thomas J. Winfield Sr. and Carrie (Tickle) Winfield.  Prior to retirement he was employed by the Elliott Company and he was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the US Air Force.  Tom was a member of the Elliott Retirees.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth (McConahy) Winfield, a grandson Tyler Pastoria, infant brothers Kenneth Winfield, brother Wilbur Winfield and sisters Edith Detar, Olive Lutz, Vera Brown, Mildred Brown, Carol Kasparek and Gwendolyn Kasparek.  He is survived by his children Kim Winfield and his wife Kristie of Grand Prairie TX and Jennifer Pastoria and her husband Mark of Jeannette, four grandchildren Jonathan Winfiield, Philip Winfield and his wife Sara, Jordan Pastoria and Logan Pastoria, a brother Howard Winfield and his wife Jean of Jeannette and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Thursday from 4-7 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N.
