Vincent James "Jim" Friscarella

Vincent James "Jim" Friscarella 69 of New Alexandria was reunited with the love of his life on Friday September 1, 2023 .  He died at Allegheny General Hospital surrounded by the family that loved him.  He led an amazing life, fulfilling his dreams and building a beautiful family. He was born  September 10, 1953 to the late Vincent and Michelina Friscarella.  At 15, he met his future wife Carol. Together they built a family. They loved each other immensely, and we’re often seen dancing in the kitchen or holding hands in the car. They taught their family what it means to truly love. At the age of 50 he became a farmer, which was his lifelong dream. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by his beautiful wife, Carol Brecht Friscarella in 2018 and his brother Nicholas in 2013. He is survived by his three children who will always love him, Michelle (Jeff) Richardson, and Lisa Friscarella of Jeannette and, Jimmy (Lauren)Friscarella, of Ligonier. Two sisters that he loved to torture, Mary (Tim) Brennan and Diane (Chuck) Friscarella of Jeannette. A close niece and nephew that he would do anything for, Katie (George) Carter and Patrick (Heather) Brennan of Jeannette. He’s also survived by his in-laws, Dale and Fay Brecht of Cranberry, Chris Brecht of Pensacola and Cathy and Steve Castillo of Honolulu. As well numerous nieces and nephews. Finally, he will always be remembered, and celebrated by his beautiful grandchildren that loved him Nyzaiah, Bailey, Delmetrius, Ethan, Paige, Andrew, Malaune, Khyrin, and his great grandchild, Gianni. He was a member of the Police Rod and Gun Club and the Ukes. To the people that knew and loved him, He was the best man ever.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N.
