Wilfred Emanuel Hiller Jr.

Wilfred (Jerry) Emanuel Hiller Jr., 93 of San Bruno, California, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023 in Livermore, California.

Born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania on February 27, 1930, he was the son of Wilfred Emanuel Hiller and Marion Hiller (nee Matija).

He was a graduate of Jeannette High School class of 1948 and then studied at Central Bible College, Springfield, MO.

Jerry retired from Sears and then managed properties and real estate in the San Francisco area until his death.

He is survived by daughter Cheryl Suzanne (Jacob) Blea and son Jerry Lee Hiller from a marriage with JoAnne Hiller (nee Prescott). 

Subsequently, Jerry remarried to Bernice Marie O'Rourke Hiller (nee Sammon).  From this marriage, he is survived by four stepdaughters.

He also survived by his sister, Anna Elizabeth Buckley of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Additionally, he is survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Bernice and his sister Ruth Marion Palm (nee Hiller). 

He enjoyed his family, singing gospel songs, fly fishing, golf, the San Francisco Giants and Forty Niners, Westmoreland milk glass and travelling, especially on cruise ships.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc, 201 North First Street, Jeannette, PA 15644.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM.   Interment will be at Jeannette Memorial Park.
