William C. Janukites, Jr.

William C. Janukites Jr. 84 of Jeannette died Saturday May 24, 2025 at home.  He was born June 1, 1940 in Pittsburgh. Prior to retirement he was employed by Jupina's Landscaping and the former Westmoreland Glass. He was a kind and generous man who loved his family and Oreo cookies.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Daisy (Weightman) Janukites, three sisters in law Rita Weightman with whom he had a special relationship, Margaret Mattia and Gloria Milliron, two brothers in law George Weightman Jr. and Charles Lauffer.  He is survived by his daughter Stella Janukites, a sister in law Minnie Erfley (James), a special niece Peggy Weightman and numerous other nieces and nephews; Paul O'Mahony of GA and Tom Tarker, Jr. of Pittsburgh who were like brother to him.  Services were private.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. Jeannette, PA entrusted with arrangements.
