John C. Gross 56 of Penn died Saturday May 14, 2016 at home.  He was born October 28, 1959 in Jeannette a son of the late Harry and Matilda (Morgan) Gross.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter Skylar Owens.  He is survived by his wife Rachel (Lowans) Gross, five children Natalie Owens and her husband Ranaldo of Jeannette, Joshua Lowans of Penn, Savannah Teeters of Greensburg, Jeremiah Kreuzberger of Penn and Aiden Gross of Penn, four grandchildren Joseph Riffer, Elijah O'Neal, Braylon Owens and Eli Lancaster, his siblings Harry Gross and his wife Kathy of Derry, Gary Gross and his wife Bonita of Stahlstown, Kimberly Clougerty and her husband John of Adamsburg and Paul Teeters of Jeannette and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N.
