Susan L. Geiger Sisler, 72 of  Penn Twp. died Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born November 11, 1943 in Penn, a daughter of the late Timothy and Helen Robinson Geiger.  She was a devoted wife who loved working with her flowers, growing her wonderful tomatoes and working her crossword puzzles.  She previously worked at Jeannette Glass.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several siblings; Jim, Tim, Jack, Pat, Fran and Eddie Geiger, Maureen Geiger, Dolores Yuhas, Katie Cavella, Patricia Geiger, Peggy Mattucci and Mary Faroux, a great-nephew, Joe Chiumento and a special sister-in-law, Norma Geiger.  She is survived and deeply loved by her husband, Jack (John) Sisler, a sister, Helene Geiger of Greensburg, brother, Joe Geiger and his wife Linda of Baltimore, and a special niece, Linda Whigham and her husband Dave of Jeannette and numerous nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.  Respecting Susan's wishes, all services will be private.  Special thanks to St. Anne Home where she spent her last weeks for their wonderful care and concern and to the nurses at the ICU in Excela Westmoreland Hospital, especially nurse Heather Samide who held her hand when she passed.  MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC., in charge of arrangements.  To send on-line condolences, visit www.mason-gelder.com.
