Thelma L. Simons 80 of Harrison City died Saturday August 6, 2016 in LifeCare Hospital, Monroeville.  She was born March 17, 1936 in Boquet a daughter of the late George Leonard and Melvina (Cole) Good.  She was a member of Denmark Manor United Church of Christ.  Prior to retirement she was employed by Giant Eagle.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Charles Simons, a sister Amelia "Mike" Pevornik and a brother Albert Good.  She is survived by her children Eleanor Darragh and her husband Bob of Jeannette, Dean Simons and his wife Betty of Jeannette and Darrell Simons and his wife Carrie of Slickville, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a sister Evelyn Valesky of North Huntingdon and a brother Jim Good and his wife MaryAnn of Blairsville and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services are private.  Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc, Jeannette PA in charge of arrangements.  To send online condolences visit www.mason-gelder.com.
